Pastis de Nice is the fruit of the inventiveness and affection of Father Gil Florini for his hometown and gastronomy. As a true alchemist, he created a pastis recipe about twenty years ago by incorporating the best ingredients from the region and elsewhere. Composed of 26 plants and spices, this artisanal pastis will delight amateurs with its flexibility and roundness in the mouth.
