Have you ever seen a red cow with blue horns? Well we do and it has nothing to do with the fact that we are wine producers, nor with the fact that we could have abused it ... Just like Tannar, the king grape of the Pyrenean Piedmont, which exclusively composes this cuvée, this rare and graceful purebred cow with a lively temperament is the symbol of a region which truly preserves its distinctive products. To be consumed slightly chilled (16 °), with brasserie, bistronomy or family cuisine, stuffed tomatoes, a steak, an andouillette, a duck confit, a pot au feu, grilled lamb chops, certain cheeses and for lovers ... of chocolate desserts.
