Olive beer

Brewed with olives from Nice, this creative beer will both surprise and seduce you.

The result of a collaboration with the Blue Coast brewery in Nice, its secret lies in the use of a unique variety of olives, that of Nice of course, reduced to a paste to promote the release of all the aromas. The magic and know-how of the master brewer did the rest.

Its fine white and airy foam will delight connoisseurs. Moderately abundant and discreetly persistent, it hides a beautiful, slightly cloudy golden robe.

To the taste, it is a round beer for which we find fairly present iodized notes and light aromas reminiscent of ripe fruit.

While on the nose, it is rather floral notes that will emerge.

It is a beer with controlled bitterness, astringent on the finish with a surprising but pleasant iodized hint that will wonderfully reconcile both the terroir side of the Côte d'Azur while underlining its attachment to the Mediterranean.

It is a light and very refreshing beer.
